Image via: home talk To make a bowl or a dish with buttons first you have to set a balloon on something for example a tape roll or perhaps a glass. After that apply elmer’s glue on the top part of the balloon and spread it evenly with a soft brush. Then once the glue is dry start gluing buttons one by one using mod podge. Once the buttons are dry apply a coat of mod podge on top. When dry repeat the same once again and apply another coat. Let it dry completely. Pop the balloon and see a masterpiece come into existence. Happy crafting!
