Designed in 2017 by Classic Modern Design Build, this modern two-story house is situated in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Description by Classic Modern Design Build

This project was a new house designed for a spacious corner lot in the Bluffview neighborhood of Dallas. The clients wanted a modern home with an open floor plan for entertaining and ample natural light. To achieve this, flat overhangs and high windows were designed throughout. Special features include a basement garage, floating fireplace and stairs, wine cellar, and a massive cantilevered patio.. This house was built by general contractor Kienast. and the project was designed while one of the partners of CMDB was at parmadesign. Landscape design by Garthoff Designs and pool by Waterline Pools.
