This home, located in Portland, Oregon, and dating from 1967, was recently remodeled. The home is surrounded by large outdoor spaces, terraces to share and enjoy the good weather with family or friends, and an unevenness in the terrain that has served to create terracing for plants, seeking to give greenness and life to the exterior of the home.

Although on the outside we can still see vestiges of its original era, inside, with an area of 2,816 square feet, we find rooms completely updated and full of modern furniture.

Inside, its wide open floor plan shows us a space full of natural light. We find beautiful wooden floors and black leather furniture placed in front of a retro-style fireplace built of bricks.
