This spectacular 560 square meter home is located in a prestigious and densely populated district of Mexico City, one of the most elegant areas of the city. It was designed by the architectural firm Isaac Broid Arquitectura while the project was spearheaded by architects Felipe Assadi and Francisca Pulido. The construction rises above the ground so it allows the vegetation to grow underneath the structure. It has been designed with a family consisting of a couple and two small children in mind.
Its exterior of concrete and glass walls with wooden latticework allows us to see its interior through them. There, a beautiful wooden floor accompanies the concrete walls, creating a beautiful combination of materials. The building consists of volumes, organized around the internal green spaces that fill the house with a lively green color and gives it freshness.
The lounge area connects to the rooms through terraces located in the back garden.
On the roof of the architects placed a narrow pool, play area and a barbecue area.
Its glass walls allow the external environment to be connected to the interior of the modern house.
