This is not just a boho home, it’s a Scandinavian boho one! This home belongs to Danish fashion and interiors designer Malene Birger, and it’s full of creative and chic details, let’s have a look at them.

The home is done in black and white just like a traditional Scandinavian space but textural details and eye-catchy boho details change it. All the spaces are flooded with natural light in the best traditions of Nordic style. There are many interesting carved wood furniture pieces that could look inappropriate but still look very natural in these Scandinavian rooms. There are only three spaces featured: a living room, a bedroom and a home office but due to lots of details, it seems that you are looking at a whole plenty of rooms. The more you look at the spaces, the more interesting touches you see.

The living room features a leather sofa, glass coffee table a rug and lots of artworks on the wall and around. Over the fireplace you can see lots of graphic artworks, there are different statues and figurines displayed around and a black leather chair and a long lamp over it – a cozy and chic reading nook. The home office also features a bold and eye-catch gallery wall, there’s a large black desk and a sideboard by the wall with many books on it. Though the sideboard is pure white, it has a textural surface that adds interest.

The master bedroom sticks to the style of the whole space: it’s done in black and white with lots of artworks hanging all around – I bet they are created by the owner of the space.
