This immense building has wonderful open spaces that allow the interaction and flow of light and air throughout the house. It was designed for the enjoyment of those who love the sea and its sensations, because – who does not enjoy a wonderful blue sky, the smell of the sea, the sound of waves breaking while sitting on the sand enjoying all the sensations brought forth by such surroundings? For me, this is the idea of a perfect vacation.

This home was created with each and every one of those life experiences that help people relax and enjoy themselves, and that provide an indescribable feeling of happiness, in mind.
Although the project is not directly in front of the beach, as it is separated from it by two other rows of houses, we can still breathe the maritime air through the wide open spaces of its architecture.

This is why all of its spaces look outwards, allowing the air and sunlight to naturally fill and cover all the spaces of the house easily, creating an airy and carefree atmosphere.
It covers a total area of 530 square meters of construction and was designed by the architectural firm Chetecortes Architects in Lima, Peru in the year 2016.
