Through a small and yet infinitely beautiful stone path we arrive at this home, which has created a space that is simultaneously open and closed. It has beautiful terraces with floors of raw wood and walls of stone that give it a charming rustic look. From its terraces and gardens, both of which are meticulously cared for, we have a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. As if it had been taken straight from a fairy tale, the green plains with small houses, accompanied by an imposing mountain view in the distance, come together to make this a truly breathtaking scenery.

In the interior, we find various small tables with chairs that form the dining area, separated from the exterior by a set of glass doors that remain open in order to welcome visitors.
On the other side, we find a resting area, with a number of seats that offer a chance for relaxation on a busy day.

The space, with floors and walls of wood, has a shelf in the back, where the owner’s bottles of wine can be set delicately.

This project was designed in 2013 by the architectural firm bergemeisterwolf architekten. It’s located in Neustift, Bozen, Italy, and covers a total of 98 square meters. At night, the illuminated spaces call out for tranquility and peace and beg for owners and visitors alike to bask in its glory.
