The project is located in a residential area delimited by neighbors on both sides of the plot, in the city of León, Guanajuato, in Mexico. It has an area of 180 square meters and was designed in 2016 by the architectural company Taller5 Arquitectos, with Octavio Arreola Calleros and Elisa Lerma García de Quevedo at the head of the project team.
Entrance with concrete walls and wooden door
From the beginning, the needs of the clients were clear and very well defined, which facilitated the development of the project, as well as the positive and excellent relationship with the client in a positive way. The architectural program meets the necessary requirements, based on the habitability needs of the space: bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and services.
Interior with white marble floors
Outside, the concrete walls as well as the wooden door provide the protection and privacy required in the interior of their gardens.

Upon entering, the glass walls, under a concrete roof supported on black metal columns, will call out to our attention. We gain access to it through some steps and we come to an open space that will be the stage for the main activities of the house. There, we see beautiful veined marble floors and walls of wood and glass.

In a side corner, the modern kitchen invites you to enjoy its spaces. The bathroom, covered entirely in white marble plates and wooden accessories reflects elegance.
