This house built and designed by Oliver Hill in 1935, not only holds stories of its years within its walls, but also maintains its look from yesteryear intact. It is located in the seaside development of Frinton-on-Sea, Essex, England and is currently for sale for £ 575,000 ($ 732,000).

This house is one of 35 houses built as part of a showcase of British modern architecture. It has been beautifully refurbished, keeping many original details intact, and also incorporates a new addition.

However, in its interior we can still appreciate those small details that speak of an ancient architectural period – simple lines with curved corners and circular windows, as well as steel-framed windows, among other details.

In the first level, parquet flooring was used for the floors on which beautiful rugs have been placed. These last few details serve to subtly demarcate the spaces.
