This project was designed by local architect Matthew Wadlund and is located in Berkeley, a city in Alameda County, California, USA. It consists of four units of environmentally-friendly townhouses, with Berkeley sensitivities molded around a more European-style patio. The four units range in size from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet. To add to this, they also have varying ceiling deck sizes, ranging between 180 and 200 square feet. Regardless of the choice made, the space will result a pleasant escape, what with its 360° panoramic views that allow us to take in the sights. One of them has just gone on sale for the amount of $ 989,000.

Each one has three levels, but nevertheless each design is unique. We will find an open kitchen, dining room, and living room which feature 13′ ceilings and a ceiling fan. These spaces are all perfectly distributed in the main floor.
The kitchen has Energy Star certified appliances, recycled glass countertops, and European-style cabinets. Maple floors have been installed.

On the next level we will find three bedrooms, including a “flexible room” that can be easily used as an office if required, and two bathrooms.
Each of the townhouses has a private rooftop patio and is built according to LEED platinum specifications.
