This residence, built vertically, was designed by Le Studio in 2016, and covers a total area of 68 square meters. Its interior is marked by the decoration of grays, whites, and wood, simple but with a very strong personality of open and shared spaces which allows for the easy interaction between those who live there.

The living room connects directly to the outside through a glass door, with a modular sofa with a thick wooden base, decorated with cushions in light gray which help define the style. There, we can enjoy the TV area and share it with family and friends.

The large wooden kitchen, with beautiful walls in mint green that give it an airy quality, integrates with the modern dining glass table and beige leather chairs. Above it, an open ceiling connects us to the upper level and, at the same time, allows the flow of natural light to the space.

To access from one level to another, we have not only stairs, but also an elevator.
