This project consists of two apartments for two families that have been designed under the strict rules and regulations of the historical center of Riga, the capital and largest city of Latvia, and which happens to also be the largest city in the Baltic States.

They were designed in the year 2017 by the architects Uldis Lukševics, Ivars Veinbergs, Zigmārs Jauja and Linda Leitāne-Šmīdberga, who are part of the architectural firm NRJA Architects. It covers an area of 400 square meters.

The homes are located on a small, narrow street, surrounded by homes with a more traditional design style, so that the structure stands out among them.

At street level, its walls are covered with bricks, but on the upper levels, the construction takes a more modern turn. We can see a black design with glass, as well as black metal stairs that protrude from the sides of the building.

The top level has been used as a terrace which covers the entirety of the roof.

Parking spaces for each family have been placed at each side of the structure.

Each one of the homes has a first level with service areas, a second level with social areas, such as the living room and kitchen, and a third level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms each.
