This home is located in the beautiful city of Santiago, Chile and was designed by the architects Enrique Browne and Tomás Swett in the year 2015.
With large spaces, it covers an area of 340 square meters, in which blocks were created, maintaining the privacy and the views over the city. Two different areas were then defined by the division between these two blocks: the hallway that both separates and communicates the public and the private, and the living room, a place where daily life is recreated.
Block 1, facing the access road, contains the service areas, kitchen, and a future guest room. Block 2, with the living room and dining room as a single continuous space, overlooks the main garden and a patio. In Block 3 are the bedrooms and bathrooms for the children. Finally, there is Block 4, facing the best view _ the hills that surround the home – with the Master bedroom on the first level and a studio-library on the second level. In the front garden area, a geometric figure that contains a service yard and the parking area and an access to the house was defined.
Beautiful wooden floors and glass walls are part of the most attractive features of this house.
