This single-family residence is located right next to the Northern crest of “El Cerro de Chipinque” in the Sierra Madre Oriental in the state of Nuevo Leon in northeastern Mexico. Its surface area is of 10,000 feet squared, and it was designed in 2013 by the architectural firm Surber Barber Choate + Hertlein Architects, led by James Choate III.

The modern and fabulous construction includes large gardens, where we’ll find a concrete fountain, complete with a waterfall. This is sure to cool us off during those hot, summer days in this area of Mexico.

The terrace holds up, as well. Made of wood, it allows us to take in the lush and mountainous sights this location has to offer.

Its interior is filled with light and elegance. It’s a space conceived thanks to exquisite taste, both in the design as well as the furniture.

The various areas all have glass doors, which allows us to enjoy those aforementioned sights from anywhere in the house. The living room, bedroom, you name it!

Its spectacular, wooden ceiling gives it a special touch, all the why contributing to the overall, refined esthetic of the home. It’s not something you’ll soon forget.
