Today I have a bedroom eye-candy for you! This is a whimsy space by designer Katie Leede, and I’m sure that you would never imagine such a sleeping zone with a working area in one.
The designer chose a beautiful shade of blue to polish the space, and she accentuated the vaulted ceiling with it painting the beams. The wainscot panels were also covered in the same shade for a harmonious look. The walls are covered with graphic floral wallpaper, and the focal point of this room is of course an upholstered sleigh bed, which screams comfort.
The lighting fixture is incredible and reminds more of some unique creature than of lights. A fluffy faux fur rug makes the space super cozy and inviting, and a sparkling mismatching bedside table and a cabinet add a glam feel to the space.
Opposite the bed there’s a working space with a sawhorse desk with a glass top. An upholstered chair and a sunbeam decoration on the wall finish up the look. Look how perfectly these two zones interweave, there’s perfect harmony. Enjoy the pictures below!
